Edited Issue: LOC Designer - inconsistency in default naming when adding new entity and complex type [457]

When adding new entity in EF Designer, the default Entity name is localzed (Entität1 for German run). However, the default name for complex type is not localized - ComplexType1, neither are the default names of properies. We should be consistent there.
