Commented Unassigned: Setup: Repair causes NuGet package location registry key to break. [1198]

1. Install EFTools.msi
2. Repair EFTools.msi through GUI (not through msiexec or right click)
3. If repair prompts for UAC, repair again. (Bug is due to lack of elevation requested.)

Result:

The following registry key is malformed (it is missing the visual studio install path):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NuGet\Repository\@EntityFrameworkVisualStudio12Tools

The same applies to VS2012 builds (EntityFrameworkVisualStudio11Tools)
