Commented Unassigned: Regression in nightlies from EF6 Beta 1 - MVC integration [1368]

# REPRO
1. Install Visual Studio 2013 Preview + ASP.NET and WebTools 2013 Preview Refresh Update
2. New WebProject, MVC
3. Update EF to latest nightly form myget (in my case it was 7/8)
4. Run the app, try registering via clicking the link on the top

# EXPECTED
To be able to create an account. This works as expected if I do not do step (3) i.e. use EF Beta 1.

# RESULT
`Could not load type 'System.Data.Entity.DbSetExtensions' from assembly 'EntityFramework, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.`

# POTENTIAL ROOT CAUSE
Seems to be related to the change in [Issue 998](http://entityframework.codeplex.com/workitem/998). We discussed about this in an earlier [design meeting.](https://entityframework.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Design%20Meeting%20Notes%20-%28March%2021%2c%202013)
