1. Add a new EDMX
2. Change the VS theme (from light to dark or dark to light)

Expected: Designer surface should change to match VS theme

Actual: Does not change until VS is restarted
Comments: Fixed in changest #6eb43267: HighDensityFriendship 1: Initial set of designer fixes for high density display support in VS2013.
