"Mapping Details" Toolbar keeps growing whenever theme is changed

# REPRO
- VS 2013 Preview, EFTools latest, new app, add new Data Model, generate from DB
- Open Mapping Details pane and observe sizes of the toolbar area and icons there
- Change the theme from Tools\Options
- Observe the size increase in the toolbar and the icons
- Repeat enough times, and the icons become even larger each time you change the theme
