Closed Issue: DbExecutionStrategy doesn't work on async methods [1443]

Currently in the ExecuteAsync implementation we don't call UnwrapAndHandleException on the exception that is caught and since all the exceptions from providers are wrapped it means that nothing will be retried in async methods.
