Edited Unassigned: Database deleted [1537]

I am using EF for a project and a database was recently dropped and with some digging this was discovered:

an Object:Deleted event occurred on the xxxx database executed by EntityFrameworkMUE (the SessionLoginName was username) from HostName yyyyyy.`_

I am not using any database initializers
