Edited Issue: [NonVS] EF6 providers page should include registration info [1581]

If your EF provider is not registered you will get the following message:

"No Entity Framework provider found for the ADO.NET provider with invariant name 'System.Data.SqlServerCe.4.0'. Make sure the provider is registered in the 'entityFramework' section of the application config file. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=260882 for more information."

But if you go to the fwlink you don't actually get information about what you need to put in to your config file. Instead you would have to click through to the EF6 provider model, which is not aimed at application developers. We should have examples of config file registration and code-based registration on the EF6 providers landing page.

(Note that when installing an EF provider NuGet package the provider should be registered automatically, but it is likely that not all providers will take advantage of this.)
