Commented Issue: [NonVS] Async walkthrough implies initialization happens even if context is not used [662]

The async walkthrough (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/data/jj819165) states "Finally, we can apply our model to our database by simply pressing F5." However at this point in the walkthrough there is no code using the context so nothing will happen when you hit F5.
Comments: Made some other changes too and sent out to EF team for review. Will push live later this week.
