Edited Issue: Improve compatibility of EF Designer with Visual Studio 2012 Color Theme Editor [498]

The Visual Studio 2012 Color Theme Editor is an extension released at http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/366ad100-0003-4c9a-81a8-337d4e7ace05 that allows Visual Studio 2012 users to select alternate color themes. While trying this new extension I found a few issues:<br /><br />- After installing the extension the background and connector line color selection of the EF Designer surface stops reacting to theme changes.<br />- Grid lines of the Mapping Details window look darker than similar lines in other windows, e.g. the property grid.<br />- Default header color for entities would look better if it followed the background selection color of the theme (currently it is hardcoded to the same color used in the standard Dark and Light theme).
